From day one, our mission has been clear: to empower community-focused financial institutions by delivering competitive commercial card payment solutions, backed by top industry experts.
Where We Started
On April 18th, 2022, we launched Scale with a singular focus—helping financial institutions streamline the complexity of B2B payments and create profitable, scalable commercial card programs. Too many financial institutions were locked out of the commercial card space—not because of lack of interest, but due to lack of options, limited internal expertise, and no clear path forward. We built Scale to break down those barriers. With decades of combined experience in commercial card strategy, operations, and implementation, we hit the ground running.
We believed then—as we do now—that the right partner can transform the trajectory of a bank’s card business. And that transformation starts with trust, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of both strategy and execution.
Our Growth
In just three years, we’ve grown from a niche advisory firm into a full-scale managed service partner, launching and optimizing dozens of card programs. As demand has grown, so has our team. We’ve expanded our internal capabilities to support new services and meet our clients’ evolving needs—and we’ll continue to grow in order to serve our clients with excellence.
